I am happy to announce that our next dance show will be on December 14th, Thursday evening, from 6:00pm-7:00pm. The title/theme is HAPPY HOLLADAZE!!

 

Please feel free to email me should you have any questions. Most of the costume items will be furnished with just a few exceptions. Your child may ask that you purchase their own set of Christmas/Elf-type socks!

THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21ST, FROM 9:00AM-12:OO NOON, WE WILL HAVE A MANDATORY ALL CAST REHEARSAL. IT IS SUPER, SUPER, IMPORTANT THAT EVERYONE BE IN ATTENDANCE TO RUN THE SHOW AND BE PREPARED FOR OUR UPCOMING SHOWS. GET EXCITED!!!

DANCE PERFORMANCES ARE MANDATORY, AND HAVE A POINT VALUE OF 25 POINTS PER SHOW!!

In the month of May, 2017, our dancers will be participating in three shows as follows:

 

May 10, dancers will perform after school for the teachers at 1:00 pm-2:00pm. This is on a Wednesday/modified day. They will perform Our 70's Dance Show.

 

Sometime during the week of May 15 to the 19th, dancers will perform dances from our new show Echele! This is in celebration of culture, dance, unity, and diversity. Exact date and time will be determined.

 

May 31, dancers will participate in the the Visual & Performing Arts Showcase, for the 5th graders in our surrounding area. This will take place in our cafetorium from 9:00am-11:00am. We will perform selected dances from throughout this school year.

 

Thank you for your continued support in the performing arts!

On Thursday, March 23, 2017, we will run the entire show will all classes, from 3:00pm to 4:30pm.

On Saturday, March 25, 2017, we will have a dress rehearsal (costumes only) and run the entire show from 9am to 11:30am.

 

These rehearsals are mandatory.  Your attendance is required.

We have two performances coming up soon!

 

The first, is our Spring Dance Concert 2017: Our '70's Show!

DATE: March 30th(Thursday)

TIME: 6:00pm

WHERE: NPAA Cafetorium

CALL TIME FOR DANCERS: 4:30pm. Check-in with Ms. Rico in dance room.

Approximate length of show 45-55 minutes.

 

The second show is for the ERUSD Health Fair

DATE: April 1st (Saturday)

TIME: 9:45am-10:25am

WHERE: The parking lot across the street from El Rancho High School.

CALL TIME FOR DANCERS: 9:00 am SHARP! Please come dressed in costume, make-up, hair, etc. 

We have a mandatory dress rehearsal on Tuesday (12/13), immediately afterschool until approximately 4:30.

On Thursday ( 12/15) we will quickly run the show immediately afterschool. This should only taker about 45 minutes.

Our call time is 6:00pm on Thursday (12/15). Showtime is at 7:30 pm.

Our Visual & Performing Arts classes will be exhibiting their amazing talents on December 15, 2016. It will begin at 6:00pm in the Lancer Union/library, and continue in the cafetorium.

Dancers, parents/guardians, our dancers will begin our portion of the show at 7:30pm. Dancers, call time is promptly at 6:00pm.
