Sixth and Seventh Grade Math
Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year here at North Park Academy of the Arts. I know this year is very different than past years. I will do my best to insure that students understand the material and make sure they are given the proper tools to achieve success. It is going to be a year full of learning and discovery! In order for my students to get the most out of class they need to be prepared for class each day with the proper tools.
Materials required every day
*Textbook
*2 Pencils
*1 spiral notebook
*Willingness to learn :)
Grading Policy
*Test and Quizzes 40%
*Homework 30%
*Participation 30%
Homework and Classwork
*Homework and classwork must be completed in pencil in a notebook
*It is the student’s responsibility to check what work was missed when absent. This can be done online or by asking a classmate.
Tests and Quizzes
*All students are allowed to take a retake of a quiz or test.
*The retake grade will replace the original grade only if there's an improvement.
