Spanish 1A (Period 4) Assignments

Students are currently working on:

Listening and comprehension skills

 

Students are watching Spanish TV shows.

These shows present real life incidents.

 

Students watch and listen to those shows and after the show is over, teacher and students analyze the Spanish show.

 

Currently, we are watching "Como Dice el Dicho"

This week your child will:

1. Create a bilingual presentation.

2. Your child will present verbally in Spanish

3. Presentation consists of:

A. Vocabulary from our unit:

I. Around School

II. Singular and Plural

III. Spanish Prepositions

This week your child will:

1. Practice fluency and accuracy

2. Translate

3. Learn all the necessary Spanish speech needed to get around our campus

This week your child will:

1. Continue practicing fluency and accuracy.

2. Learn in Spanish the different objects inside our classroom

3. Change different nouns from singular into plural

This week, you child and a partner of his/her own choice will create a Spanish conversation.

 

Your child will:

Use Spanish greetings such as;

Buenos dias-- buenas tardes---buenas noches

Como estas?-- Que hay de nuevo?

Gusto en verte--- es un placer conocerte

 

Use Spanish farewells:

Adios---feliz dia---feliz noche-- te veo manana

Ask personal questions:

Como te llamas?                   Como te dicen?                             Cual es tu apellido?
